The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

Lovely hospitality, beautiful room, brilliant and very spacious gym facilities open 24/7. Helpful staff. Safe area and easy to get uber. Lots of amenities in shopping mall. Nice bar to relax at in the evening. Thank you for having us to stay

Lovely room, nice location, very convenient for everything in town. Thanks Samuel for your excellent service too, great receptionist. Only issue is the shower - I think the drain is blocked, but the design causes the bathroom to flood, needs looking at in room 906.

Nice room, large enough and comfortable. it has kitchen, washing machine and so on. also thanks for the room service from Mr. Samuel. He helped us a lot and reception service is also nice help us to print the emergent documents. Will book again when we are back in Kenya. Thanks for everything.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were luxurious with spacious beds, and the views were quite nice. The heated pool was a great bonus. Brian was exceptionally helpful at the gym, pool and sauna—he made sure we always had towels and prepared the sauna promptly. Anthony and Paula at reception were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location is very convenient, being close to town and Westlands, which made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are good, service is good but your breakfast is worst I have ever had from the hotel such as yours. You need to do more in terms of hospitality, I was quite stressed for organising breakfast myself or looking for it somewhere else. I told even this to the receptionist.

Lovely stay!! We were served hot towels and pineapple mint juice upon arrival. Peter picked us up from Nairobi airport to take us to the hotel and made us feel very welcome!! We were pleasantly surprised by all the extra amenities, steam room, sauna and pool. Alfred and Anthony and the front desk staff were lovely and helpful with all our questions. Friendly Great experience!!

Our stay at the Broadwalk Residency was good for the three times we stayed there. The apartments were clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly Samuel who did a little bit extra. Samuel always checked with us to make sure we are ok
