The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

Very comfortable and well-appointed self-sufficient suites. The location is good, the staff are really friendly and the heated pool and gym are a pleasure after a hard day. This is my 3rd stay at Broadwalk in the past four months and I would highly recommend.

Stayed here when we first arrived in Nairobi. Decided to stay again after our safari before leaving Nairobi for home. Very clean 2br apartment. Amazing staffs. WiFi is great. Comfy bed/pillows/duvets. Well equipped kitchen. With washing machine (no dryer) but they provide drying rack. Location is perfect. We walked to the national museum. Completely safe. Wonderful supermarket just downstairs with every essential that you need. Will defo recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Excellent short stay
The staff were very helpful with information and instructions. It was easy to settle in and all amenities needed were available and easy to access. The residence was very clean and well maintained.
It would be nice to have more sockets that accommodate various plug types for ease of charging laptops and phones.

Clean and comfortable, thanks! The pool was very cool and it is a nice location. The supermarket is downstairs and there are a few coffee shops to get coffee in the morning. Staff were nice and attentive. The location was good as well and easy to get around Nairobi as needed

A very comfortable stay , roomy apartments with excellent facilities. Ideally located for business or pleasure in Nairobi. A mall nearby with great shops , food market and local transportation. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Staff very pleasant from checking in to checking out. Outstanding service received from Florence , Timon and Alfred in security.

Checkout was disrespectful. The bellboy stood over us to make sure he had all hotel wash cloths before we left. He also made a comment about my fiancés locs saying he had to cut his own to work there. I couldn’t believe he said that. We are business owners and spent a lot of money here. To be treated like that my another African is appalling! We are in Kenya! Natural hair is what we have and are supposed to see. That’s such a weird, rude and bizarre thing to say. We can go anywhere. We won’t be back!
