Sunny Brae B&B was absolutely charming. The staff was very welcoming, helpful with knowledgeable advice on local sites, attentive to our lodging needs, and the breakfasts were wonderful. The central beachfront location could not have been better for relaxing seaside town holiday.

Spent two nights during our tour of the Highlands. Hotel was conveniently located to visit Cawdor & Blair castles, Culloden and Loch Ness. The hotel is easy to find, plenty of parking and walkable to several restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the required amenities. Cooked to order breakfast was amazing and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

John and Rachel are excellent hosts and have a pristine guest home across a commons from the firth. We would recommend this as a great place to stay in Nairn.

John and Rachel are stupendous hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent every morning. The setting is great overlooking the firth. Rooms were extremely clean. We had the pleasure of getting to know a Scottish couple at breakfast which was a bonus to our stay. In my opinion that is why you stay at a B&B. It was our pleasure to stay with John and Rachel. We would not hesitate to return. We were with 3 other couples all said they enjoyed it and would return as well.

We loved our stay at the Sunny Braee. The location is perfect, the hotel is very cozy, with beautiful views of the North Sea, very nice common areas and wonderful bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and John and Rachel made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay.

There is nothing I love more than a true B&B when traveling, however, I feel like they are harder to come by these days that include personal interactions. Sunny Brae hit the mark and was what made Nairn so special! John was there to greet us as soon as we arrived, and helped us to our beautiful, spacious room that overlooked the park and water. Rachel was so personable each morning at breakfast, and had already learned our son's name before we met her! Our breakfast table was prepared with a toddler place setting for him too. Breakfast was delicious too! The location was perfect. Parking was easy, and our son loved the playground (and splash pad!) across the street by the water, and you could easily walk into town or the harbor.

Absoutely wonderful BnB with truly delightful hosts John & Rachel. My son and I made it our base for three nights while we played golf at Nairn Golf Club and Royal Dornoch. COmfortable, quiet rooms. Wonderful made-to-order breakfasts. Could not have enjoyed our stay more!

What a little gem! This is a very cosy B&B, with pretty rooms and great views. The breakfast is delicious, great choice and beautifully cooked and served. Run by a lovely couple who make you feel so at home and welcome, with nice little touches throughout.
