Despite great reviews I wouldn't recommend Hard beds with thin pillows- we didn't sleep well Continental breakfast - meagre - pastries toast and eggs Shower tray - corners needed a good clean ? Mildew Reception for TV poor-- picture kept breaking up We reported this to the owner who suggested it was the WiFi Poor sound proofing between rooms, not helped by there being no carpeting , just floorboards In our opinion overpriced for the standard of facilities We left after 1 night even though we were booked in for 2 Not comfortable In our opinion overpriced for facilities and service

We had a warm and friendly welcome at the Cawdor House. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are working hard to make it a wonderful B & B. Also, it’s close to the airport and one doesn’t have to contend with the traffic in Inverness. Would highly recommend it.

Cawdor House is a clean, beautiful bed and breakfast. Restaurants are easily accessible by foot and owner is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfection!
Great hostesses! Elegant and at the same time very warm and attentive. You can see they want to deliver a perfect service! The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing with delicious coffee made in a professional Italian coffee maker (it was a very pleasant surprise!), a good variety of cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit salad and more. We'll certainly come back and recommend to our friend and family!

We love to stay in B and Bs with charm. This one definitely has it. The staff is very gracious. The sitting room and dining area downstairs was very nice. Comes with. Hot breakfast to order. Our room had a quaint view of some of the other village homes. Our room was very nice and very clean. Location is great. Easy to walk to lots of things and overnight parking on the street was right outside.
