The counter clerk was friendly and considerate, but the only drawback was that we used to stay in this hotel and there were always two bottles of mineral water inside, but why not this time? The answer was that it was only for group guests, and we were also frequent guests, so there should be some!

I’ve stayed various good hotels but the hotel is no.1 so far! Staffs are very friendly but polite, they offer special arrangements by observing customers, so professional. The room was nice too, clean and spacious. The 2F restaurant for Dinner buffet was impressive too. Would like to try 30F French next time. Definitely we will com back!

Located about a 3-minute walk from Kanayama Station North Exit, this hotel's convenient location offers excellent transportation links to popular shopping and entertainment districts like Nagoya, Sakae, and Osu, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Right next door, you'll find large shopping malls and a wide array of dining options, making daily life incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious; even with luggage, you won't feel crowded, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The comfortable beds, equipped with high-quality bedding, ensure an impressively good night's sleep. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, and their proactive service makes guests feel especially welcome and cared for. The rooms are also equipped with various convenient amenities such as a humidifier/air purifier, a wall-mounted trouser press, and multiple charging ports, truly demonstrating a thorough consideration for travelers' needs. Adding to the convenience, the hotel's first floor is connected to 'Tempura Tendon Tenya', which offers a diverse and delicious selection of Japanese set breakfasts or donburi rice bowl sets starting from just 600 JPY. The lobby also provides complimentary self-service coffee and beverages, perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening, or for a quick break.

There was a long line at the breakfast venue. It may be unavoidable because it was Golden Week, but it seems that you can take out breakfast to your room, and most people only took out the curry, so I felt that it would be better if they prepared a lunch box with just the curry in advance. The waiting lines were separate at the entrance for those who wanted to eat at the venue and those who wanted to take out, but when it came time to pick up the food, they were made to join the same line, and the people eating at the venue would not give way to the people eating out, and the people eating out got irritated and started shouting loudly. I reported this to the staff, but they did not enter the breakfast venue and left it to the guests' conscience. I think the same thing happens on weekends and holidays, so I hope they improve this.

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience

Check in process was quick and easy, clean room. Location relatively close to kanayama station which is along the airport line.

The staff were very polite. The location is also great. I don't think there are many hotels with such conditions, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and the subway. I would like to use this hotel again.

Excellent service came from front desk staffs speak in English and Chinese. Good food, good tea. And as an ESG volunteer auditor and consultant, the ECO friendly atmosphere in hotel is the most iconic experience, Though there's more to be done, it makes toyoko inn so identifiable and unique comparing with others. Hope to comeback soon and stay longer. Thanks.

Every staff member, from the reception desk to the housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways and the restaurant team, provided excellent service. The grand public bath was amazing; I enjoyed a soak both at 5 AM and again after breakfast. The hotel's convenient location meant there were plenty of convenience stores, fast food options, and restaurants right downstairs. I'd love to visit again with my family next time.
