There is no air conditioning in winter, only heating and ventilation, but the air supply is extremely weak and the windows and doors of the room cannot be opened, so the whole room is very stuffy. We reported this to the front desk, and the waiter agreed that it was a bit hot, but since there was no air conditioning in the winter, there was nothing they could do, so they just gave us a small fan, which didn't really help.

Stayed here with my family of three.
I made the reservation without high expectations, but the entrance and reception were even cleaner than I expected. The staff were very friendly.

Stayed here with my daughter for one night after visiting Ghibli Park, in a twin room with breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance from the JR station. The room is spacious, perfectly clean, quiet. We were very happy with our choice!
