The hotel is new, but the toilet smells like a sewer... Weird...
You will definitely hear the sound of trains passing by at night, so be careful if you have a bad sleep (but I have no problem with that)
The worst thing is that I booked 2 large and 2 small, and there were only 2 pillows in the room. I asked the front desk but they said they didn't provide them... I really can't accept this, it affects my sleep quality... I stayed at the Nagoya Station Comfort Hotel and they provided them, but this hotel's Kanayama Station branch is really weird to its guests
