I was only able to get a smoking room, so that can't be helped, but the smoking room did smell like cigarettes.
Other than that, the service, facilities and cleanliness were all excellent.

It is very close to JR Sengusa Station and Subway Imike Station. Transportation is convenient. Find peace amidst the noise. There are a lot of delicious food around, including Sekai no Yamano, Fujiichi Ichiban, Amisen... they are all nearby. Twenty years ago when I was studying abroad, I lived in Imike, near Takamou Shrine, so I chose this place to come back and have a look. The breakfast buffet is also delicious and the service is very considerate. The large bathhouse is very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The room was cleaned very well... The layout is reasonable, no space is wasted, and it is very comfortable to live in. The room is very soundproof and very quiet, allowing people to sleep in comfortably...
