My families was here for 2 night. The room is clean and coszy The staff was very helpful. They also help to transfer our luggage to Tokyo so that we don't have to travel with luggage. On the 2nd day even though we didn't ask them to clean the room, we are surprised they placed the clean towels on our door with free bottle water. That's was a thumbs up compared to other hotel we stayed.
Overall experience was good. Will be back again.

I like it so much. I have always loved Mitsui. The big bath upstairs is very clean. The breakfast is compact. The service staff has a Chinese-speaking lady on the 22nd day. It is good. There were some problems with checking in on the first day. Everything else is good
