I book non-smoking room but near room still smoke in the room , smell so bad it's disturb my rest time

The washroom and bathroom are extremely dirty.
There is mold on the walls, mirrors, sink drain, and faucet base.
They have not done anything that could be solved with a little cleaning with mold killer.
Not all customers think it's ok because it's cheap.
They need to be genuinely welcoming.

The location is OK, just a 7-8 minute walk from Nagoya Station. The hotel is a bit old, the single room is quite small but it has everything. There is a Lawson and a very cheap pork chop rice next to it, and you can have breakfast at Komeda in the morning. In short, it is quite convenient and suitable for friends who transfer in Nagoya
