The staff is very polite and helpful! The location of the hotel is very good which we can go to Mirai Tower and Oasis 21 on foot for around 8 minutes. The hotel near the Central Park where have beautiful night light shown, really good experience to living here, will select this hotel again while my next trip to Nagoya!!

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. This hotel was easily accessible via underground passageway directly from Sakae train station. The hotel room was amazing and facilities were up to standard. Absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel lobby area as well.

Definitely explore the bus option—it can save you both time and sweat! As for the hotel itself, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room boasted a good view, and it was spacious and tidy—a great fit for families.

The location is very convenient. You can go directly to Kanayama Station from the airport. Just 200 meters to the right from the south exit. You don't need to change trains to go to Nagoya Aquarium, Atsuta Shrine, and Nagoya Castle. The hotel has a very good view and a large room. Japanese-managed hotels are good. The service staff is polite and the breakfast is also Japanese. It has a five-star rating.

We brought our 8 months old baby with us. Hotel has provided us with a cot which is great! Location is close to station. Front desk is able to keep our luggage while we are travelling to other cities. Overall is good.
