Hotel location in front of Nagoya Mall.

Rooms are utterly filthy. First they tried to give us in a room with food leftovers (and snots 😳) all over the place. Oh, and the room didn’t even have a window (as welll as like of rooms on the whole floor). After complaints they moved us to a slightly better room… just someone’s hair all over bed sheets. Linen were quite worn out snd of that color you can hardy say are they actually clean. Staff is somewhat ignorant as well, apparently they don’t even have any cleaner on duty after 10pm. Booked this hotel for two nights, but eventually had to book another hotel after first night.

Hotel is in good and clean condition. Service was good. Warm and friendly staff.

Always come back to this hotel again... the hotel is strategic, clean. there's a connecting door too... the service is okay fast.. It's easy to find delicious food
