The stay was comfortable but some amount of improvement in terms of house keeping needs a look at. Only one towel was kept in the room for two people and we had to remind couple of times for the towel. The bed cover had stains , though generally clean. This aspect needs improvement.

Prime location good staffs enjoyed staying with my family. You can go almost anywhere in nagercoil as the location is centre to the city

Staff was cooperative but no deep knowledge regarding the place. No hot water supply for bathrooms amenities are not there rooms are not clean

This hotel is not for a 3 star rating. Cockroachs were there. Kettle is not working. Facilities, that they provided were not up to the mark.
