Clean room Enough amenity Drip-bag coffee & tea

The Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre.  Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.  The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub! There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y. I'd stay again without a doubt!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped to extend our stay when our plans changed. The room was clean, best very comfortable, and powerful shower. Room service was excellent, even the room is cleaned after we leave quite late one day. We did not try the breakfast but they have free coffee and tea packets in the reception and coffee is very good. Most important of all for me, the sound isolation between rooms must be good because we never hear anyone next door.

Room is good.like that the hand wash is separate from the bathtub. Quite spacious for Japan hotels. Staff are very helpful - I did not have an adapter so they help lend me one. Within walkable distance to the train and main bus station. There is a Yume mall within 10mims walk. If you like, you can walk to alot of the sights

Within walking distance to the shopping mall. The room is small but clean. Surrounding is quiet but there is no parking lot attached to the hotel.

Compared with ordinary business hotels, the room is quite large. I booked a twin room because I wanted more space for luggage and shopping. The soundproofing is quite good, and there is not much noise when the other rooms are house keeping in the morning. The dresser-cum-desk table is large enough, convenient for storing things and eating, and has complete sockets. It is very convenient to charge the mobile phone and shaver at the same time. Moreover, most of the guests are business travelers and mostly stay for a short period of time, so it is very quiet and there is no noise. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and all bathtubs are large, making it very comfortable to take a bath every morning and night. The air-conditioned beds are also great, and I sleep very comfortably every night. The small disadvantage is that there is no safe, so I have to bring cash and passport. Now I mostly use credit cards. I don’t carry much cash, so it’s not a big problem. The dining area is not crowded in the morning, and people who may be dining are spread out. The food selection is pretty good, and you can have breakfast leisurely while watching the restaurant's morning program. The location seems to be in the middle of the city center. It is very close to every place. There is also a bus stop not long after leaving the hotel. Nagasaki is not a big city. You can use these buses to reach almost all scenic spots. If you want to go to farther places, It is also very convenient to take a bus or walk to Nagasaki Station to take JR and other railways. This neighborhood is probably the closest to the Dejima area. If you have nothing to do, you can take a walk and feel the interweaving of Showa style and modern times. Big push

The bathroom is separated and the wash basin is placed outside. I didn’t get breakfast. There is a family mark nearby. I heard that you can earn points by writing, so I wrote.

The room is too small, the smallest of the four hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan. However, it has everything and is relatively clean.

The bathtub water was not draining properly and overflowed into the changing room, flooding it. Maybe the drain is a little clogged? I'm in room 907. Maybe you should check.

The room is clean and tidy, but you can't stay in the room for a long time. You need to change it after staying for a few days to ensure that you can stay longer. The room may be in short supply. I hope it can be improved.

This was my first time staying at a hotel, and the amenities were excellent. The place was also well-cleaned, and it was a very comfortable stay. I'll come back in a few years. Thank you.

Beautiful Nagasaki, the hotel room is relatively small, the braised pork here is a must. The front desk speaks English. The door station [Obato] is convenient to go anywhere.
