Very cozy stay and nice room, very convenient to travel by mass transport

Very huge and affordable accommodation. Location is right next to nagasaki station.

Big room and have good sleep. Next to Amuplaza and JR station. Easy to travel, shop and look for food. Breakfast buffet is also nice.

This is a very spacious hotel for Japanese standards and the price is quite unbeatable! Parking is 1500 per night, hope they offered free parking for their guests.

The hotel is well located near Nagasaki station, tram and bus stops and shopping mall. Plenty of eateries nearby. We were attended by friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Good location and big room. Lucky to be at the floor with a Japanese style room together with Japan style garden outside of the window. Very good.

I sent a request to add bed in my room. Trip.co said my message was received. But the Hotel said never got such request and had to charge me Jpy 4100 for adding a bed, said I didn't indicated 3 persons in my booking. I showed the message to the front desk but he said he need to see the words in English!!!!!!! I said I booked this room because the Hotel information said this room type allowed add bed. He wanted me to show him this information in English again!!!!!!!!! What a bad experience with a Hotel like this. And I don't know what is the communication problem between Trip.com and this Hotel.😤😡😡☹️☹️☹️ the room I booked for my friend is lower price is the same size as my expensive room. I don't know what's the difference for paying extra 2 times
