Although this was a last-minute stay with only breakfast included, it was close to Nagano Station, easily accessible, clean, and comfortable.
The lounge also had a wide selection of drinks and snacks, so I had a really enjoyable time.
It's such a favorite that I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

스노우보드타러다니기 너무좋았습니다. 일본에 있는동안 길게 이곳을 사용하니 편했습니다.
모든것이 좋지만 2개가 불편했습니다.
1.베개가 라텍스베개가 아니라 목이 불편했던것
2.세탁실이 온천3층에 같이 있어서 11시에 닫는다는것. 세탁하려는사람들이 줄을 서있기에 11시까지 세탁물을 찾을수가 없었는데 온천담당자분께서 나가라고 화를내셔서 기분이 안좋았습니다.
세탁시간을 공지해두지않아서 혼란이 있었던점
건조기가 돌아가고있는데 화를내셔서 중간에 어쩔수없이 꺼낸점 아쉬운서비스였습니다.
너무마음에 들은 호텔인데 6박동안 마지막 이런일이 생겨 아쉽습니다.
