Located about 20 minutes from JR Nagano Station, this hotel was a great choice for our trip, especially since we were driving. The highlight was the stunning mountain view from our room, stretching from sunrise to sunset—a beautiful and unexpected surprise. The hotel lobby feels high-class, but the rooms do show signs of age, with a dated interior. However, the onsen experience more than made up for it—spacious, relaxing, and the outdoor onsen offered an incredible view of the ice-covered mountains.
A major highlight was the exceptional service. We encountered an issue with our luggage delivery, and three hotel staff members went above and beyond, patiently assisting us and coordinating with another hotel to ensure everything was sorted. Their kindness and dedication truly left a lasting impression. Overall, despite some aging aspects, I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on my next visit.

ラウンジは飲めない私は残念ですが
つまみや菓子類は最高。
お風呂やサウナでリフレッシュ
