The location is great, very near to train station. If you are taking buses to snow monkey park, the bus terminal is very near.

My child loves trains and this was a great location. My mother is elderly, so it was great that it was directly connected to the station.

It's right at Nagano Station, super convenient. I was going to Hakuba Village for a night of skiing. The second floor of the hotel can go directly to the JR station, which is very convenient. I stayed in a deluxe twin room. It was spacious and clean. You can see the train tracks at Nagano Station from the room, and the Shinkansen trains arriving and departing. The bathroom is a little old, but the shower and bath faucets are easy to use and I have no complaints. However, the lighting in the bathroom felt a little dim.
