Great location which is easy to find and quiet to stay! We have the 3 beds family room, which is very large enough to accompany all our suitcases! It is the biggest room I have ever stayed in Japan!!!
A bad thing is the washroom is small, and smelly. Also the hotel cannot keep baggage after check out.
I will stay again if I come to Nagano again!
