We understand that the building is old, but they should be cleaning and repairing things in the hall and in the apartment. The bathroom is disgusting. There is mold on the ceiling. The floor is dirty and the shower as well. They try to paint part of the shower and the floor and walls, the door does not close all the way in the bathroom. It is rotted and poor fitting door. The ceiling is peeling, and there are cracks in the wall. The whole building needs to be rehab. The filters in the air conditioning units need to be cleaned in order for them to work not by my husband when we get there the windows are hard to open and they’re all cracked and peeling, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

If you go to Nafplio so I recommend this hotel.

Budget friendly, not fancy
Room was OK for price paid. Bed was very hard and no room to turn around in the room.
We booked two rooms and they were in separate buildings a couple blocks apart.
One was by the office which had a bird making noise most of the time.

We’re above a busy bar, it’s loud up until 11-12pm after that silence.
No elevators, no parking as per their amenities. We got lucky with a spot by the docks at n/c.
It’s clean, management are readily available.

Petit déjeuner mentionné qui n’existe pas (je ne saurais pas lire soit disant)
Personnel en partie pas très aimable.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre alors que mentionné dans l’annonce.
Chambre ne correspondant pas à notre réservation.
Pas de cours de tennis.
Pas de terrasse ni de jardin.
Sale de bain d’un autre âge avec trace de rouille et sale.

Lot of street noise unfortunately
Lovely room except for the street noise. Windows aren’t sealed or double glazed so all constant street sounds of cars, motorcycles and loud passers by are heard clearly. Impossible to sleep before 1am. It’s probably great in off season as it’s right in the centre. Very clean and attractive room.
