The stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

The room was clean and there were no mosquitoes. It was just the farthest place from the island.

Very satisfied, the room is clean and tidy, but it depends on luck. My next door is a family, and the children yell from morning to night. The scenery is very good, and there are paid activities to participate in.

The room was nice, but the front desk really annoyed me. The attitude was not very friendly. However, the people in the restaurant were very nice. I didn't know that I needed to make a reservation to eat at the restaurant on my first day. We were swimming next to the restaurant, so we didn't wear any clothes. But one of the waiters really secretly told us to be careful next time. But when I went in to ask for water, one of the waiters kept saying that you can't come in without clothes... But I was wearing shorts and a towel on my upper body. Although it was my problem, she really didn't let me ask for anything.

I think the hotel overall is pretty good. The breakfast was good, the TAVU restaurant which serves grill food was excellent. The view from the hotel is definitely great. However, WIFI service has to be charged, the dinner buffet was disappointed and horrible, and more importantly the hotel itself is kinda old that the facilities in the room are broken or nearly broken. Definitely renovation is needed.

The bure was a lovely unique mix of modern facilities and a nice bungalow aesthetic. The staff were very friendly and the resort is very nice at night but if you're heading into town or to Port Denarau do be prepared for significant taxi fares.
