Comfort Suites Nacogdoches Reviews

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. But.....they was barely any hot water! We end up taking cool showers on a day that was cold (low 40's). When I checked out, the front desk asked how my visit was and told her the issue with the water temperature. Another customer was complaining about it too. The clerk told us several people said the same thing! I asked to speak to the manager but was busy. I asked for the manager to call me and never heard from her. I was hoping that this would be a good hotel to say especially if my child attends SFA but I will go back to my usual hotel brand. This was the first and definitely my last time I will stay at this hotel brand.
