This hotel is good in terms of location.. but it lacks many things. TV and telephone are damaged.. it says there are some amenities but none of them exist. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

Booked room with sea view, upon check in they provide me a room without sea view, telling me there’s no room available with sea view, and before that they were not able to find my booking, the reservation was included with breakfast but they denied this by saying the reservation doesn’t exist include breakfast, one of the staff in the reception was rude, the room was dirty !

It was a warm welcoming, the best day I had , thank you for the lovely young receptionist, great attitude, professional I’m really speechless

Thanks to Mr Hocem for the welcome, really very friendly and smiling, the animation team Mohamed and esslem for their kindness, and also the restaurant team at breakfast. Spacious room, the equipment leaves something to be desired but the rest makes up for it. Very well located, beautiful beach and city center 15 minutes walk.

The service was poor and disrespectful, except Mr. HASSAN the lifeguard. Rooms are small and wifi is "crappy"

The pictures from the offer do not correspond to reality. The pool is small, the beach is not like the pictures, there is no beach bar either. The beach is as dirty as a garbage dump. The offer states that there is a Fitness Club and animations, but none of these things are available. The rooms are very dirty, the cleaners do not clean as they should. The air conditioning is moldy, they only speak English in the hotel, the Internet does not work. The view from the window is of garbage cans.

I stayed 3 weeks at the hotel, warm welcome and great care. Nabil and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive to customers. Very clean room, hearty and very good meal, very kind manager and employees.

This human-sized hotel by the sea is undergoing renovation of the rooms. The staff is friendly, the medium-sized swimming pool is very pleasant. The breakfast offers a wide choice and the dinner dishes are very good. Given the deterioration of hotels in Tunisia, the management of this one seems efficient and selects its customers. It is to be hoped that this will continue over time. A small downside however: The wifi is almost non-existent in the rooms and works irregularly in the common areas.

No one to prepare hot fried eggs for you. There is no fruit, no watermelon, no melon in the morning even though we are in the middle of the summer fruit season. The morning is disappointing and lunch and dinner are much better, more taste and more choice. The pastries are cold. The heavy-set cook is not friendly: he never says hello. Housekeeping Housekeeping is not done very well: the floors are poorly cleaned or cleaned with dirty water. It doesn't smell clean when you arrive in the room. In conclusion, average hotel and above all very noisy.
