My Tho Hotels with Gym

This hotel is just fine. The carpet needs to be replaced but overall it reasonably clean. This is our family’s 3rd time staying here, my kids love the pool (but is is closed for a few hours in the afternoon and closes at 6 pm.) The breakfast buffet (6:30 am- 9:30 am) is a good mix of Western and Vietnamese foods. The restaurant in the hotel is closed but there is a little breakfast and lunch place just outside of the hotel and a cafe open from earlier morning until evening and there is an extensive room service menu. The gym is closed. Staff have very little English but do all they can to help. AC works well. No English TV channels.

I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in My Tho city in June 2024, where the front desk staff were notably friendly and the breakfast was fairly comprehensive. My room, number 407, lacked windows and had a fairly hard bed, although the bathroom size was acceptable and there was a desk suitable for work. Despite these amenities, I find the hotel to be overpriced, charging 660k for the lowest rack rate. While the hotel features a rooftop bar, it is modestly equipped and the service there was disappointing. The staff at the rooftop bar lacked a basic understanding of customer service and hospitality, which greatly diminished my experience. Their insistence on closing promptly at 10 PM and rushing me to finish my drink was particularly frustrating. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, their only solution was to offer a 10% discount, which felt more dismissive than accommodating. This experience, along with other service issues, has left a sour taste in my mouth, not just for the hotel but for My Tho city as a whole. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee myself returning to either in the future.

The 24-hour front desk and airport transfer services add to the convenience. Rooms: I stayed in a Triple Balcony Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The crisp white linen added a touch of elegance. Value for Money: Song Tien Hotel provides excellent value for your budget. Compared to other properties in My Tho, it’s a steal! Guest Reviews: I’m not the only one who enjoyed my stay—other guests have also praised the hotel. They recommend it wholeheartedly! Whether you’re a traveler or a business client, Song Tien Hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it! 🌟

The rooms are large, the facilities are well-equipped, and there is a bathtub, although I don't need it. My room is closest to the river, so it's noisy starting at six in the morning. Overall quite satisfactory

Good hotel for the price. Breakfast not included but reasonable price. The hotel does not have massage service as advertised, probably recently renovated so it looks different.
