Just returned from a 15 night stay - (2nd time we've been) and once again, had a throughly good time. The staff are fantastic and everything is spotless and for us they delivered on every aspect of our holiday. The food choice is endless and really fresh and with. direct access to the beach it is a fantastic location. It would be un-fair to pick out any staff amongst others since they were all so friendly and professional so thank you all very much.

We have just got back from the most amazing holiday we have ever had at the iberostar waves playa de Muro hotel . I found that all the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful . The hotel location is perfect them Mbeautiful and we had hours of fun in the fantastic pools in the day and loved the evening entertainment. Our rooms were so clean and spacious with a fantastic view from the balcony . My favourite part of the holiday was the beautiful meals we received they had so much choice and everything looked and tasted delicious the very talented chefs in the restaurant even prepared all my meals from fresh due to my food allergies making sure there was no cross contamination . I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wonting to be treated like a star.

Hallo team JS Alcudi Mar, we stayed at your hotel 2 weeks ago and we had Room Number 343 and 341 and i wanted to tell you how happy we were during our stay there. The Housekeeping Barbara were very friendly to us, Miguel at the bar was very nice even his English was not so perfect but he understood what we wanted. He is a friendly guy. Francesca at the Front Office had always a smile on her face. At the Restaurant, Practice Sara were very talkative, Adriana too and i must not forget the friendly Restaurant Manager.Top men. What impressed me was? when there were a problem with the Wifi at the pool!! it was quick repaired. I must thank Francesca one time and also the hotel manager too. He was very friendly to me. Almundea served us nearly each evenings at Dinner time and she was super friendly. One man at the resto with grey hair and very thin was making his job well and he was always walking/running same as Speedy gonzales .I can say that all the personals are making a very good job. The breakfast type is super and there is a private beach just next to the beach in Muro Beach. The price of this hotel is better than that of Parma. The quality of the hotel is better than that of the ordinary room. Good service restaurant recommended
