Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

I think this was the 7th time we have returned this wonderful hotel. Perfect location with the beach and sea a short walk through the sand dunes and across the road the large nature reserve. The accommodation is excellent and the food superb. Choice, presentation and quality is wonderful with certain signature dishes that are of Gordon Ramsey quality. This is a maximum half board hotel and the feel is one of a peaceful retreat. We have come to know many of the excellent staff. The Director and other management office team together with the dining staff and waiters, and they could not be more welcoming and helpful. The suites are fabulous and located in a separate unit to the main building. In the evening there is some gentle entertainment outside each evening between 9 and 10 pm. The pool is such a pleasure, being a sequence of variable depths and walk in sections with a waterfall. Perfect for families and well behaved children, but not a location if water slides and more active pursuits are required. Whenever we are there we seldom hear English spoken as most of the guests seem to be German or Spanish and are all polite and respectful to other guests and staff alike. In all the years we have been we see familiar faces and it is clear that people return like we do year after year. While we enjoy other countries and hotels this is the one that draws us back time and time again. The location is close the the busy town of Alcudia, either by taxi or bus where there is a stop very close to the hotel.

Every single member of staff greets you warmly and sincerely. The level of service and personalised attention to detail was fabulous. We were made to feel very special and welcome. I’ve honestly never stayed in a hotel that was as genuinely welcoming as this one. We stayed for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. Much appreciated! The food was excellent. Great choice, very well presented. The entertainment was very good, varied and didn’t go on too late. The pool is beautiful gentle beach-like sloping entrances, interesting to explore and just right for cooling off from time to time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Splendid choice menu and service was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Regular update about the weather and activities available. Fantastic location to get a bus into the city centre. Evening entertainment was interesting and good

I’m keeping this brief, as all the positives have already been said – by myself, and other guests over the years. And as this was our 4th visit since 2012, that really does speak volumes about the hotel and the staff – many who have become part of the furniture (in the nicest possible way!). Absolutely everything was lovely, from the moment that we stepped through the doors. Oh, how I love that smell!!! It was a late flight, but the staff had dinner put aside for us in the restaurant, and we fell into bed afterwards in our lovely revamped room, feeling indeed that we were back home. We were only there for 5 nights this time, but it was a short break of sheer relaxation in opulent and pristine surroundings, nourished with outstanding food, and feeling incredibly valued as old friends and guests. One extra thing that we noted this time was that vegetarians, such as ourselves, were catered for possibly better than anywhere else that we had stayed before; the wealth of healthier food options was extremely impressive. Well done for recognising that we are not the minority, and for moving with the times. Well done also for providing the most delicious pizzas, and undoing all our good work! 😉 Speaking to other hotel guests, it is evident that many return here. Service, professionalism, and friendliness are indeed second to none, and Pilar, who always remembers us, went out of her way to make our stay extra special, and infinitely memorable.
