Un hotel maravilloso al que no le falta detalle, no sé porqué tiene solo 3 estrellas porque se merece varias más. Todo es estupendo, empezando por el personal que siempre te atiende con una sonrisa y soluciona todos los problemas (mención especial para Eliana de recepción que es un amor de persona). Las instalaciones son de 10, es todo paradisiaco. La comida del bufet muy rica y variada, especialmente las cenas que eran temáticas. A 5 minutos andando de la playa y con supermercados muy bien surtidos en la acera de enfrente. Mucho sitio para aparcar de forma gratuita en las inmediaciones. El apartamento muy tranquilo y limpio. La animación merece una mención aparte: actividades durante todo el día tanto para niños como para mayores. Un gran hurra por Alejandro y su equipo, los mejores que he conocido: Bailan, cantan, juguetean en la piscina con los peques...totalmente imposible aburrirse en este hotel. Los espectáculos muy buenos, y una actividad que nos gustó especialmente fue el paseo en pony que se hace un par de veces a la semana. Para mi el hotel perfecto, el año que viene pienso repetir!

The hotel generally is OK for a 3 star! The hotel is generally clean and tidy. Rooms are more than enough for what you can expect but the bathroom is extremely small and every time you shower there is water on the floor as there is no side panel. Room cleaning was a problem as it seems they try to skip if they can. I was on Room 243 and had to ask reception 3 days to be done around 3pm. Balcony is small so ask for a room downstairs if you prefer outdoor space. Restaurant is a bit small where the food is and people almost go against each other, otherwise is a nice restaurant with plenty of sitting space and food is more than enough. Sometimes not the best taste but is a 3 star not expecting a Michelin Restaurant. The pool area is enough but I felt the kids are is VERY UNSAFE! The lifeguards are just there as a body and don't bother to say anything that puts kids at risk. Slides can be a bit tricky with kids. I felt most of the time lifeguards were either on their phones or chatting to other staff members. Animation team is very nice but the shows are poor. Kids love their show but adults one is very basic and boring. Pleasant hotel with a beach 5min walk away, which is really nice but not a bid deal. Ok for a few days. Not for a long stay for me.

Fab holiday didn’t want to come home after 7 days entertainment guys amazing food fab for all inclusive (and went with a chef) short walk to lovely beach and we had 3 and 7 year old only annoying thing is having to get a sunbed early otherwise other people put towels down and reserve them when not even using them clean room and pool recommend taking insect repellent as did get bit a few times will be booking to go next year for 10 days this time

Perfect for family vacation. We stayed here for a week. Well-tasting food. Kind personel. Short time to Alcudia by bus near to the hotel. Nothing to claim at all. I am proposing this hotel for every kind of vacation.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We’re a family of 5 with a 6 year old girl, 5 year old boy and a 1 year old girl and they all had a brilliant time. The resort wasn’t too big, the food was good with great variety, the kids loved the entertainment and I loved that it was a mix of European families. The only issue was the queue for the bar in the evening. They could do with more staff to help ease the queue. I also think they should have the pool bar and evening bar open at the same time, all day. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Wij zaten aan de achterzijde van het complex, dit is een stuk rustiger dan aan de weg.Het eten was goed en personeel werkt keihard. Voor onze dochter van 15 was er niks.Alleen gezinnen met kleine kinderen en heel veel Duitsers.Nadeel was s’avonds in rij voor het eten, kleine kindjes overal met hun handen aan en zwembad in ochtend al vol met handdoeken.Voordeel; goede airco, eten en lief personeel bij restaurants. Elke dag schoonmaak en handdoeken nieuw.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, reception was helpful. However, it felt too overcrowded during the daytime around the pool. There were big ques at the only bar in the evening for a drink, big ques to get into the dining hall for dinner and breakfast. The food was poor and repetitive with not very much selection. Often waiting for plates or a fork or a spoon. 1 toast machine for the whole breakfast in the morning, fresh orange juice was often empty in the mornings. Overall it felt like the hotel was over capacity,
