I have a lot of reasons why I'd like to recommend this hotel as a perfect place for a holiday, and here are 3 of them: 1) Hotel service and reaction to clients' requests - perfect. On the first day, we had some complications with the air conditioning, and the receptionist very politely proposed to change the room, even to compensate with a bottle of wine as an excuse for the occurrence. Another receptionist helped us to reserve a trip to the cave and organized snacks for that day, when we had to miss lunch. In general, it was a feeling that people at the reception desk understood us without words. We felt cared for and safe. Great ambience was everywhere in the hotel: around swimming pools, bars, canteen - everyone was great + on Friday, some musician played at the piano at the hole, and children friendly (our child had great opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool attraction, at the playground nearby + on the backstage of the hotel was train stop of the local "funny train" and it was great experience to went around the city. 2) delicious food and quality drinks. It was the first time I experienced that food was just enough (I mean without excessive salads and other majonees staff or sweets as usually offer at "all inclusive"): each day was dedicated to some culture, we could try Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean etc, cuisine and always was pleased by fragrance and taste. I recommend trying coffee with Barcello. 3) perfect location of hotel: 5 min to mesmerizing, astonishing beach Plataja de Muro, 8 min to National Park, 25 min by bus to port and Alcudia city and another place Can Picafort. Great opportunity to take a short of long trip by ship or boat. We used to ship to Formentor, and it takes just half of the day, which is a great option for our toddler. All in all, it's cameral and ambiance place for vacation and worth it for price.
