We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The air conditioning in our room was not working, even though the heat was unbearable. With 10 month old baby suffering from the high temperature, the situation quickly became unbearable. It was a real nightmare. What was even more shocking is that no one informed us about this issue earlier during the day. We were then offered a lower category room, facing the parking lot, next to the reception, with a bad smell and insects. When we asked for compensation for the difference between the room we had originally booked (with a sea view) and the one we were given clearly of much lower quality, we were simply offered a drink worth €7, which was truly shameful. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I sent a detailed complaint to the hotel right after we left, but to this day, I have received no response, despite the seriousness of the inconvenience we experienced.Customer service is non-existent when there is a problem, and there is a clear lack of respect and concern for guests’ well-being. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the beach. The food is good, it would require improvements, especially at dinner, regarding the diversity of meat. However, the rooms have outdated furniture, the smell of old and stuffy air persists in the bathroom and even on the balcony, the balcony was facing the pool right above the restaurant floor. A hotel in no way 4 stars. (The safe is paid extra) The staff is very friendly.

Anche quest'anno mi sono trovata benissimo al Js Alcudi (ospite x la terza volta ) hotel a mia misura, non amo gli hotel troppo grossi. Posizione ottima , a due passi bus e mare ; pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo, colazione e cena top, camerieri efficentissimi , tavoli sempre disponibili e anche cibo. Check out alle 12 con possibilità di prolungare alle 14 con 20 euro, top. Che dire , ci ritornerò una quarta volta.

Sehr entspanntes Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, höflich und zuvorkommend, haben jeden Wunsch umgehend realisiert. Essen war gut, inkl. Themenabenden in Sachen Speisenangebot. Poolbereich war super, gross genug, unterschiedliche Tiefen, optimal für unterschiedlichste Vorhaben und Altersgruppen. Ausreichende Liegen, ohne „Handtuchproblem“

Die Hotel Anlage liegt super günstig, Zimmer wegen Hauptstraße ist zu Empfehlen zu Innenhof zu Buchen wo der Pool ist, da ist ruhiger. Sauber, super gute Büfett zum Frühstück, wie auch zum Abendessen. Strandbadetücher zu Verfügung an Rezeption. Sehr Nette Team überall und Hilfsbereich. Alle notwendiges in unmittelbare nähe. Für uns war Top. War mit 9 Erwachsene (Familie) dort.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, beau design intérieur, chambre spacieuse propre avec ménage tous les jours. Le personnel est poli et discret. Réceptionniste parle français. Le restaurant est bien organisé. Le buffet du matin et soir est répétitif, un seul plat change, c'est pas top surtout pour 8 jours. La nourriture n'est pas bien cuisinée, parfois trop cuit ou pas assez, pas de saveur. La glace est inexistante, c'est déjà fondu dans les bacs. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est très bien
