Für den fünften Stern müssten neue Amaturen im Badezimmer installiert werden und die Schimmelstellen beseitigt werden.
Normalerweise hätten wir jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser und Toilettenartikel auf dem Zimmer haben sollen. Dies hat leider nur sporadisch funktioniert. Strand, Außenanlage, Pool und vor allem das Personal sind top.

Ich hoffe dieser Hyatt-Traum bleibt auch nach einer neuen Renovierung erhalten!
Vom Check-in bis Check-out über Service in allen Bereichen ist alles grandios. Wir fanden es so toll, dass wir auch hier direkt eine Woche später nochmal einer sponanten Einladung gefolgt sind.
Die Gäste wie das Personal sind herrlich entspannt in einer traumhaften Location direkt am Platja de Muro Nr 4! Gastronomisch auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und das Abendprogramm ist einfach nur herrlich! So lässt sich urlauben und wir freuen uns auf ein oder zwei Urlaubswochen 2025!

Muy buena nuestra experiencia en el Palace de Muro. El servicio es excelente, muy amables y dedicados. Han tenido una atención con nosotros que festejamos nuestro aniversario. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y excelente calidad de la comida. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, con práctica salida a la playa. Lo recomiendo y volveremos.

Nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder es gibt nur einen kidsclub aber keinerlei Kinderberreiche keinen Spielplatz kein Kinderpool keine Angebote für Kleinkinder. Das Zimmer war nach einem Wechsel (da das Bett zu klein war) ganz angemessen). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich besonders Maria von der Rezeption und Ramon vom Service. 5 Sterne Hotel ist es definitiv nicht maximal 3.5.
Keine Bademäntel im Zimmer nicht mal Handseife. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut. Abendessen naja in Ordnung aber nicht dem Preis entsprechend von 30€ pro Person.

Bon hôtel mais pas du tout niveau d’un 5 étoiles.le restaurant très moyen , plus cantine que palace.
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Aucun accessoire (sauf serviettes ) dans la salle de bain.
