Family holiday to Majorca with our two year old daughter, overall the hotel is clean and well presented. I do think it’s aimed at older children 6+. There wasn’t any entertainment for my daughter’s age bracket and the pool area was aimed at older children plus. We only had bed a breakfast as we preferred to venture out during the evenings and the day. One thing I will say is be prepared for the mosquitoes, the hotel is situated by an open lake and the middle of the hotel is also open plan so they get in very easy. On departure myself and my partner had a total of 48 bites between us so make sure you take the bug spray or a bed net to sleep in ! Other than that staff was helpful pleasant and we enjoyed our break away.

Worst hotel ever!!! Do not go to this hotel!!! We had a water leak through the ceiling in our apartment that soaked and ruined clothing and shoes and left the apartment unsafe to sleep in because water got into the electrics and beds were wet. The night manager was rude and just kept handing us towels saying the water was being turned off but they could not provide us with alternative accomodation and we would have to wait until the morning. It was outrageous and affected 3 families with small children with no resolution that evening. We had to stay elsewhere due to safety concerns and the wet beds at our own expense. We were allocated new rooms the following day 12 hours after the incident!!! The Director was rude and threatening saying I’ve would give me free dinner if I didn’t claimed through my rep!! I left the meeting and complained to rep. I also recorded conversation with Night Manager admitting that he had not provided us rooms during the night when it happened as the Director claimed they had to the rep and they were going to close investigation until they spoke to other families in same position. This ruined what was a lovely holiday. I would never stay here again as there “oh well” attitude was appalling. My shoes and clothing were ruined and they offered to dry clean them but I had to throw clothes in bin due to the horrendous smell from the water and wasn’t prepared to let them dry clean due to my treatment from management!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We were for 7 nights in the hotel,and it was over our expectations,pools were clean(they are cleaning it everyday),breakfast was good and rooms always clean,our daughthers enjoyed it very much and us as well,a very nice experience,great staff as well,good fun in the evening .Thank you,i highly recommend it!
