I stayed here with two of my kids for two nights while visiting the area. Overall, our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with our bed sheets. The mattress pad was a bit too small and was also torn up in the corners, and as a result, the mattress pad and sheets in my bed popped off two of the bed corners every night. I also wish they offered a free breakfast. Other than that, this hotel was great, and I would definitely stay again.

GOOD: The front desk gal, maintenance and bartender were very nice. BAD: While walking down the hall to our room we had to walk around water dripping from ceiling and wet floor. Opened the room door and it smelled. We went to eat at happy hour (at hotel) and decided to ask to change rooms. Next room was a better smell…. However, the bathroom was in poor repair. (See photos) it was cosmetic yes, but it’s a Marriott and we expect better.

I am going to be honest I was pre warned that diversity is not popular here however the lady who checked us in Ms. Mary was so welcoming and made us feel at home. I appreciate her service. The room was nice we came down for a baby shower. Ms. Mary was very relatable and gave great conversation.

Worst hotel stay I have had in 10 years. Do NOT stay here. So noisy made two phone calls to front desk at 11:15 and 12 am to complain about the noise above our room. We had to be up at 4:45 am. We were exhausted in our 17 hour day competing yesterday because of our lack of sleep. I even tried to change rooms and they were sold out. They should have put all the unaccompanied teens from the basketball teams on the ground floor and not above families. We have to be back in the area next month and made sure we do not book this hotel every again.

Everything w as great except the noise from the highway. Super loud at night. The sound machine helped but ither than that was a really good stay. Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was super clean. Upon leaving some of the vehicles had the windows busted in.
