Quality Inn Murfreesboro-University Area

Expedite said I needed to finish a reservation so I didn’t check my credit card, and ended up with a double reservation and Quality Inn would not cancel the second reservation and owe me 400.00! I’m 86 years old and didn’t look too see my first reservation was charge to my credit card! Need the refund plus the 99.00 penalty that ******* charged me!

When I book this property I tried to change it about 5 days ahead of time but they told me there was a no change, no cancellation policy. I've never had this happen before and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Terrible

Okay stay We had just an overnight stay on our journey home. The man checking us in acted mad at the world, was not pleasant at all but the woman that checked us out the next morning was so swet, kind and thanked us so much for staying with them! The bed was very comfortable but the room was muggy which made it hard to sleep. I needed to sleep comfortably and be out by 7 and on the road but becawe had trouble sleeping in a hot room, when we finally slept we decided to leave later, I had an 11 hour drive the next morning. I believe the ac filter needs to be cleaned and the coffee pot was gross so no coffee the next morning. We did not go to breakfast as planned because trying to sleep was more important. The room was clean other than that. My only other complaint would bevthat you can't see out of your peep hole, it has been covered with something. As two women traveling, you need to see who is coming to the door. Overall okay stay but probably wouldn't again.

We were very impressed with the overall of the property. The room exceeded all our expectations.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Our room was great-a queen sized bed for my husband and I. The room always seemed chilly so there was lots of adjusting of the thermostat. I normally travel with my own pillow but decided not to take it this trip and the pillows here were just fine. I love those down comforters! The bathroom was nice and clean although at times the shower was a bit slippery. I did pass that information on to the desk. We had a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. I used the coffeemaker and it was fine. We kept water in the fridge and a few other things because it was pretty small and there was no freezer for my frozen ice blocks but there was plenty of ice. The bathroom was very clean and we had plenty of towels. I like that there is a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower and adjustable heads on the shower. There was a desk with a lamp and the granite or quartz that it was made of was really pretty and sparkly. There were multiple electrical outlets on each side of the bed but some didn't work as well and the USB ports also didn't work. It was a matter of picking and choosing to find the one that worked. I don't eat breakfast normally but my husband had the eggs (powdered of course) along with sausages, waffles, juices, and fresh fruit. We happened to spend the weekend there and they served biscuits and gravy as well. It was quiet and the area around the hotel seemed nice. We had a lovely view out of our window-it was a wooded area adjacent to the mostly empty parking lot. I was happy with the area and the service and would definitely stay here again when I am in the area. We honestly had no issues with service or the room.
