From the check-in to the checkout everything was Amazing!!! The management/staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious! It was nice having a tv in the breakfast room to catch the morning news before we headed out for the day! Housekeeping used amazing scent in cleaning the rooms and hallways instead of strong cleaners.

The a/c was cold. The deadbolt on my room didn't work. The toilet was loose from the floor and would move whenever you sat down. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was clogged so I showered in standing water. It didnt actually drain fully until after i had fully gotten ready to leave. The front desk staff on both shifts were very nice.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The physical conditions of the hotel was appalling. Our was in desperate need of updating and a deep cleaning. The bathroom door was broken and was unable to close. The WALLS were dirty. I was not comfortable in the room it felt uncleaned and dingy. I should have picked better.
