We went as part of a Christmas TUI trip while the hotel is 'Snowy Wilderness Lodge' and I have no negatives at all about this hotel. This is our 2nd trip here (not our last!) this hotel is a home from home, warm, cosey, family feel. Staff that work at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are basic but comfy and everything you need. If you're second guessing, just book, I've already proved for next year!!!

De locatie is werkelijk geweldig. helemaal afgelegen in een prachtig natuurgebied met een skibaan en lift. de omgeving is prachtig, waar je uren kan wandelen. Snowshoes en Forrestskies kan je gratis gebruiken. het hotel is wat achterhaald en verouderd. maar heeft ook zijn charme. super gezellige gezamelijke ruimtes, waar je subliem kan eten of spelletjes doen. het ontbijt buffet is zeer uitgebreid. daar kan van dr valk nog wat van leren. Bedden zijn prima. De (gescheide) sauna is simpel maar goed.

Rauhallinen sijainti suoraan Pallastunturin juurella: reittivaihtoehtoja tunturiin heti hotellin pihalta! Majoituttu syyskuussa 2024 lomalla. Tilavat huoneet. Huoneet hieman ikääntyneet, mutta siistit ja rauhalliset ja ajoivat asiansa oikein hyvin! Mukavat sängyt. Ravintola ylitti odotukset: todella hyvä ruoka ja palvelu, runsas aamiainen (iso suositus puurolle!) - iso kiitos ja suositus! Ilmaiset opaspalvelut mukava plussa. Pääasiassa patikoitiin omaan tahtiin, mutta esim. iltakävely oppaan johdolla tunturin juurelle katsomaan revontulia oli kiva lisä! Myös iltaisin vaihtelevaa pientä ohjelmaa oppaiden johdolla (esim. kaitafilmit Pallaksen historiasta olivat kiva). Valittaisiin majapaikaksi ehdottomasti uudestaankin!

Huippuhyvä aamupala
Huone vähän alkeellinen siihen nähden mitä odotettiin, kun kyseessä on kuitenkin Lapland hotels -ketju. Majoituimme syyskuussa, joten ilmastoinnille ei ollut tarvetta (sitä ei ollut). Aamupala oli todella hyvä!

Start to finish the trip is amazing we are on the third day the food is ok the staff can’t do enough the people are lovely would definitely recommend a visit. It’s beautiful scenery we are off shortly on the husky ride and then finish off with festivities tomorrow definitely a bucket list entry. The reps from TUI all go out of they’re way too make it an experience

Viihtyisä, pieni hotelli upeassa ympäristössä. Huone oli siisti vaikkakaan ei kovin moderni. Opasteita rinnekahvilaan ei ollut eikä vastaanottovirkailijakaan osannut neuvoa, ehkä kielimuuri?
