The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

It was great overall but I just noticed that they charge for all extra stuff so make sure you know this. They're very particular about the number of guests

Pet friendly hotel. I love it! We had a super nice stay, thank you Parque for making my bird that happy with my furbaby!

Hotel room is big with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on. Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher. Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport Cleanliness: Need improvement.

Experience is good and accom is very nice

The hotel was kinda old, didn’t expect it. Room design was good but the kitchen and toilets ate smelly like drainage. I requested for room change because the other toilet in the kitchen as well as the kitchen sink are clogged. and they didn’t fix it even after I mentioned it to the reception. The room’s air-con are not also good. It was installed on the lower part of the wall and air was blowing into the side bed. Towels are like a rag, looks dirty. The amenities are not attractive at all. Although the view from the pool are great specially when the sun sets. Restaurant are not so good. There’s not much variety on the buffet. Php 650.00 is not worth it for breakfast buffet.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room good for family staycations.

Just a bit far from supermarket, and grocery

The room facilities were perfect except for the lack of a bathtub (which is rare in the Philippines). The Festival Mall is just the right distance away, the area is safe even at night, and you can walk to the nearest convenience store through the back door. The food was delicious, both the morning buffet and the evening dinner (although it took a while to order). There was also a fitness corner and a pool, so it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely use it again the next time I stay in Alabang.

OK, good choice

Super accomodating, the staff are nice very approachable, polite our stay was kinda short but we enjoyed a lot. The pool are clean, the view from hotel were nice. Thankyou and we will surely comeback.

It was horrible we were served a pizza with carton underneath the dough, we weren't able to finish our meals because of that incident, and it took a while before a supervisor/dine in manager talked to us.

We decided to spend my husband's birthday last weekend at PERH and I just want to share my experience. The service was excellent! Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Two thumbs up for that. The food was also good and not at all too pricey. I loved their seafood chowder and pizza margherita! Although food presentation of some of their dishes can be improved. Checking in to hotels for a quick staycation has been something I have been doing a lot of these days. So, I can actually say the PERH's establishment is old compared to other hotels I've been to. While our room was spacious (2BR Premier), it was not as modern as I'd prefer it to be. Wifi was also good in the hotel. The reception are was small and the lobby lounge or coffee shop was not operating. But my hubby enjoyed the gym. Lastly, the pool was also quite small. Plus, there's an on-going construction beside PERH now where the construction workers can actually get a view of the guests in that area. That was a big turn-off for me. ☹️ Over-all, I can say that we had an "average" kind of stay in the area. But if you're as picky as I am when it comes to hotel rooms, maybe PERH is not for you. Oh, by the way, i also appreciate the fact that they asked if we were celebrating any special occasion and that they greeted my husband a happy birthday...
