Good location and good food but very high cost. Pls count fridge and table food items in room before signing the list. They charged us even 250 for one bottle which was not consumed by us and even after we paid for two rooms for two days including dinner. They said empty bottle found while cleaning but my kids told me later that they had noticed it under bed while playing when we had entered. It may be there staff’s play or mistake but management is not understanding or professional. Pls be careful.

During my stay at the clouds valley hotel in munnar, i experienced a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceedingly courteous, providing helpful information about the local area and enhancing my overall experience. The food offered was good, although i found the non-vegetarian spread to be somewhat limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location.

Location is good, Food is over priced, room is OK, toilet is dirty, sticky, oily toilet floors, mouldy ceiling, one staff by the name Pradeep he was really helpful and a good one but rest of the reception staff was kind off cunning. The morning buffet was really good. To be honest one staff made my stay unpleasant. Today morning at 9:30 while we got out of the hotel for sight seeing he followed me out to the parking he asked me sir are you checking out now so I replied my check out time is 12 pm and not now so he said I want you to know that you have to report before 12 to check out. It was like he wanted us out of the hotel as early as possible, so I really got pissed off cancelled my plans for sight seeing near by and then check out instead I checked out that moment itself and informed Mr Pradeep that staff spoke like this and I am checking out now and I left.
