They need to make dinner included in meal plan a buffet dinner or at-least have different menu everyday. Overall it is good. Room ambience is very good. Washroom are clean and hygienic.

Stayed in a premium mountain view room with family. Great hotel to stay right at the center of munnar town, from where one could make trips to various destinations. Excellent (neat, good linen, well maintained and with good facilities) room to stay. Restaurant served good food and you can count on it. Had a great breakfast spread. Lunch/dinner options were really good. We needed an extra bed - got a fold-able and comfortable bed. Courteous and approachable front desk and staff. They guided us on the places to visit with a structured way, which helped the planning to roam around. Though there was limited parking space, always found a slot. Even the security of the hotel was so helpful. View from hotel was munnar town with backdrop as surrounding mountains. A slight let down (though its not that bad) if you are looking to just get lost in a lush green view from the hotel. On a busy day, room service can be slower. Barring this stay was really good for the family. Overall a great place to stay.

The stay was very comfortable. Food was very tasty and verity of dishes available for breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. View from room window included city and mountain. Restaurant food is little bit costly but tasty. Limited parking space only. Good for family and couples. Walkable distance to town.

I have some issue while booking this hotel. In make my trip, the room amenities showed as air conditioner. But most of munnar jotels are non-ac hotel. Actually ac is not required at least when i visited in october. The hotel is very neat & well maintained. I felt very comfortable stay here. Their breakfast options are very good. Try to book with breakfast option.

This hotel is nearby bus stand and good staff no language issue problem. They can help all level nice food clean room
