The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always ”listen”) because to go up you need to put your room card. Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

There is no one in Munich or the most high-end hotel in Germany. Even if you book through a third party, you can still identify your membership and enjoy membership benefits. Impeccable, perfect hotel experience.

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

The location is good. It's in the old town. It's a bit troublesome to get in by car. You have to call. The curtains in the room do not block light. It is very bright during the day and I cannot sleep. Friends with sleep disorders should choose carefully. It's a five-star hotel. The front desk doesn't help with luggage. Our people take care of it themselves.

The room is cozy, the bedding is clean and hygienic, the Minibar is well equipped, there is an independent capsule coffee machine, there are several flavors of coffee, and the drinking water and juice drinks in the refrigerator are also good. Excellent value staying at Hotel Concorde! Receptionists Anita and Dominic were so very friendly and helpful all the time - thank you so much! It is a boutique hotel located just 10-min walk from Marienplatz. I enjoyed the quiet and safe neighborhood and the personal touch the staff added to my time in Munich. Room is clean and has good, basic amenities. I appreciated the gorgeous view from my window, literally checked out sunset everyday. Would come back! Thank you again! L

I live in the attic and the bedding is really good quality! The roof of the landmark building can be seen outside the window. The location is very convenient, you can go to the attractions! The water on the window sill is very high-end and should be charged.
