Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Die Zimmer sowie die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service: Obwohl wir deutlich vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit ankamen, durften wir ohne Probleme direkt unser Zimmer beziehen – das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt echten Gästeservice! Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: Eine tolle Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten und dazu wurde uns frisch gebrühter Kaffee am Tisch serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

There are 2 issues that need to be improved.
The towels placed in the room smell of food.
The air conditioning is controlled centrally, no changes are allowed from the panel. It runs unnecessarily all night long and gets very hot, disrupting comfort.

The breakfast is a healthy one with a different flavor of tea and ginger. The menu of buffet breakfast is almost the same every day. The daily making bed is late in the day. You should go back room at around 17;00.
