بصراحة، التجربة ما كانت موفقة، وما أنصح بهذا الفندق أبدًا. فيه فنادق كثيرة أفضل منه في ميونخ سواء من ناحية الخدمة أو الراحة.
الموقع والإزعاج:
صحيح إن الموقع يعتبر قريب من بعض الأماكن، لكن المنطقة فيها حانات كثيرة وإزعاج موسيقى مزعج جدًا، خصوصًا بالليل. صعب تنام براحة، خاصة لو غرفتك مطلة على الشارع.
المواقف:
مواقف السيارات غير مشمولة في الحجز، واضطرينا ندفع 64 يورو فقط ليومين! السعر مبالغ فيه جدًا والتجربة كانت متعبة من ناحية الدخول والخروج، وكل مره بنطلع فيها من الفندق لازم نمر على الاستقبال يختمون على تذكرة الموقف، وهذا مزعج جدًا.
الاستقبال والتعامل:
الاستقبال موجود في الدور 14، وهذا شيء غريب وغير عملي إطلاقًا، خصوصًا مع كثرة التنقل.
الخدمة من طاقم الاستقبال كانت سيئة وغير مريحة، الموظفين ما كانوا متعاونين أبدًا، وتعاملهم بارد، باستثناء الأخ إبراهيم (أصله مغربي أو جزائري)، كان الوحيد اللي تعامل معنا بذوق واحترافية ونشكره على تعامله الراقي.
الغرف:
الغرفة تصميمها كئيب، ألوانها باهتة وتضيق الصدر، ما فيها أي لمسة راحة أو ذوق. طلبنا تغيير الغرفة إلى واحدة بإطلالة على المدينة، لكن تفاجأنا إنهم يبغون مبلغ إضافي رغم إن الغرفة أصغر من اللي حجزناها! ما فيه منطق ولا احترام للنزيل.
الفطور:
فطورهم أقل من العادي، ما فيه أي تنوع، وجودته ضعيفة جدًا، ولا يليق أبدًا بفندق 4 نجوم.
الحمام والتجهيزات:
ما فيه شطاف في الحمام، وهذا شيء أساسي خصوصًا للزوار العرب أو المسلمين. تجهيزات الحمام عادية جدًا وما تفرق عن شقة مفروشة. طلبنا سليبر للحمام وما وصل إلا بعد إلحاح.
إشعارات متأخرة:
بعد ما سجلنا الدخول واستلمنا المفاتيح، بلغونا إن المياه راح تنقطع في اليوم الأخير من حجزنا من 10 الصباح إلى 6 المغرب! ليه ما تم إبلاغنا قبل؟ تصرف غير مهني وغير مقبول تمامًا.
الخروج والمبالغ الإضافية:
طلبنا الخروج المبكر بسبب موعد رحلة الطيران، لكنهم طلبوا مبلغ إضافي كأننا قاعدين نمدد! ما كان فيه أي مرونة أو تقدير للظروف.
الخلاصة:
الفندق دون المستوى، وتجربتي معهم كانت متعبة ومحبطة. الخدمة ضعيفة، والأسعار غير منطقية، والراحة شبه معدومة. أنصح أي شخص يدور على إقامة مريحة في ميونخ إنه يختار فندق ثاني.
أنا عن نفسي ما راح أكرر السكن فيه أبدًا.

The room I got was very nice like a studio and most importantly there was a well functioned 2 in 1 washing machine. Location wise it was not the most convenient place and it took a good 13 min walk to the train station and it is not comfortable during winters. The hotel rooms are on higher floors but on weekends you can definitely hear the noise from the clubs downstairs all night long. If you are sensitive to noise I wouldn’t suggest you to stay here. Breakfast was alright.
