The room facilities are at the level of Home Inn and All Seasons in China. There is nothing, no refrigerator, no hot water kettle, no toiletries. The hotel was in a really nice location, the room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All you need for a weekend in Munich.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing.
My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation.
This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

Good Hotel in a good location out of the main tourist area. Or just north of it to be specific. The location is good if you don't need to do all the main tourist destinations on a first trip to Munich. It's close to the wonderful Englischer Garten park. Also close to many very good restaurants. Has good public transportation using the Ubahn which will connect you to the S bahn for S1 or S8 which will connect you to the airport. It's in an area or district that has more native Germans rather than tourists. Here are a few downsides. The rooms are very modern and unique and this will really appeal to some and not so much to others. The toilet is separate which is very nice. Also the shower. As well as the sink which is in the main room area. No dark curtains on the windows instead pull down blinds but they bleed daylight as they bleed light. NO chair to sit on. The breakfast costs way too much! There are some great coffee shops and bakeries in the area however. We love the area location is the number one reason to book

Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Haben unseren JGA dort gefeiert und waren alle sehr happy. Tolles Zimmer, hervorragender Service, super Lage und ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder, und empfehlen das Hotel weiter.
