Everything was wonderful I get free coffee and tea from them. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was friendly. Price also worth for 46€ for the room they offered. Recommended

The level of killing a small cockroach every night...the bed was uncomfortable...except for the price, everything else was average...a bit far from the city center...an hour faster by car...

Schönes Priviledge-Zinmer, sehr ruhig, gut gelegenes Hotel für Reisen und Tagesausflüge nach Salzburg, direkt gelegen an der Autobahn. Gute Dienstleistungen, das ist Accor. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in München!

The rooms furnitures is very old and in the bathroom are damaged. The hall and reception of hotel were closed and entrance possible only from Ibis side. No difference beetwen accor program customers and all others. Poor attention to customer at reception.

Hôtel réservé pour une halte. Accueil et enregistrement réalisé à l’Ibis attenant, celui du mercure étant fermé. Eloigné du centre ville, entre zone d’affaire et banlieue dortoir mais des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Calme. Chambre qui mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, notamment les moquettes. Petit déjeuner correct et prix attractif. Mais on est loin du standing d’un Mercure plus récent.

Das Gebäude beherbergt 2 Hotels, Mercure und das Ibis Sytles. Sehr gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Die Garage wird von beiden Häusern genutzt und ist groß. Der direkte Zugang ist einfach zu finden. Beim Check-In verlief etwas holprig und über den Check-In des Ibis Styles Hotels. Alles sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer im 2 Stock was zur Straße/Autobahn war, hat eine gute Größe und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Alles sauber und funktionierte gut. Leider hört man die Autobahn und daher habe ich sehr wenig Schlaf gehabt. Ab 04:30 war ich wach! Frühstück ist klassisch und bietet alles was man benötigt, lediglich die Brotauswahl war sehr eintönig für den Preis. Nur 2 Sorten weiße Brötchen und nur 1 Mehrkornbrot. Der Check-out war flott und schnell.

Telkens wij reizen logeren we in een Mercure hotel. Deze keer waren wij echter niet zo tevreden als de voorbije keren. Om te starten moesten wij ons aanmelden bij het ibis styles hotel om dan een hele omweg te nemen naar de kamer van mercure. De kamer was oke, al rook deze niet al te fris. Op de kamer was er een waterkoker en koffietassen beschikbaar, maar geen water of (oplos)koffie/thee. We hadden ook gevraagd voor een extra hoofdkussen maar deze was niet aanwezig. De bedden waren klein en het hoofdkussen stelde niet veel voor. Hierdoor hadden we beide de rest van de dag last van onze nek. Bij het ontbijt zagen wij de eerste en enige vriendelijke personeelsleden. Wat aangenaam was na zelfs geen begroeting te krijgen door het personeel aan de receptie. Het ontbijt van ibis styles hotel was heel basic. Met beperkte keuze. Zeker geen aanrader. Wil je eens lekker genieten, zoek je beter een bakker in de buurt. Ik zou je niet aanraden om 's avonds alleen in de buurt van het te wandelen.
