Everything was wonderful I get free coffee and tea from them. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was friendly. Price also worth for 46€ for the room they offered. Recommended

The level of killing a small cockroach every night...the bed was uncomfortable...except for the price, everything else was average...a bit far from the city center...an hour faster by car...

Lejos del centro y mal comunicado, pero a pesar de ello es un buen hotel. con habitaciónes y servicio completo: nevera, caja de seguridad, servicio de hervidor y café o té de cortesía. No recomendable a grupos de mayores que quieran desplazarse con facilidad al centro.

Seit einigen Monaten bin ich jede Woche dienstlich in München und wähle mir ein Zimmer in einem Accor Hotel. Dieses Mal war es das Mercure Hotel in M-Ost. Es kam bereist vor Antritt der Hinweis, dass die Klimaanlage ausgefallen sei. Bei der Ankunft musste man feststellen, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und die Aufgabe von den freundlichen Kollegen vom IBIS sytles übernommen wurde. Das Restaurant war mangels Personal geschlossen. Also hab' ich für die Folgewoche gleich im IBIS Styles gebucht.

The hotel seems to be unmanned - the reception is permanently closed and you have to check in at the hotel next door. It wasn't open at all during my stay. The cafe and bar are similarly closed permanently, and even the vending machines are turned off. There is no possibility to eat or drink here. Rooms are very dated. My first room had a partially collapsed ceiling and ripped wall paper. It smelled like it hadn't been used in a very long time. The second room was better although still featured the same ripped wallpaper. They make much of their "Bose" sound systems in the rooms, but mine was faulty, and the TV although quite new and modern had its smart functions disabled. The icing on the cake was waking up after the first night with new insect bites. I wanted to change rooms again but receptions was permanently shut... Five more bits on the second night and another three on the third (I slept fully clothed to try and stop them!) Many of the advertised amenities are offline because the hotel is unmanned. If you must stay here, bring bug repellant, and make sure you have access to Lieferando app as Dominos, Uber Eats, etc food delivery companies wont deliver here. Good points - wifi was decent, hot water was consistent even at peak times.

Hotel not too central, but well served by public transport, about 10 minutes by bus from Munich East Station. Large, functional and clean room. Very quiet area surrounded by greenery. Bus stop just 3 minutes from the hotel.

When we made the reservation, a baby bed was offered, which we wanted to use. Once at the hotel it turned out they didn't have one. Our baby was then lying on the floor with a mattress, because she cannot yet stay in a normal bed.
