Hotel Amba

Convenient location, you can walk to the attractions, there are many restaurants nearby, opposite the train station, very clean! The toilet is relatively small, but the separate design of the washbasin is very good. There is a bus to the airport at the door, which is very convenient! 

I stayed here for 3 nights in February 2025. It's very close to the station, and the location is very good, right in front of the ticket gate near the platform for the train to Hissen. It can't be helped since it's close to the central station in Europe, but I think the security around it is very bad. At night, I saw a lot of people who looked like they were high on ***** on the nearby streets. However, since it's a central station, you can get there very close by on the Lufthansa Express bus from Munich airport and go to the airport. Another point in Germany, where prices are high, is that breakfast is free. I thought it would be nice if the menu changed a little each day (although I can't complain because it's free). Also, the water pressure in the shower is great, but the air pressure of the hair dryer is the lowest level. I think the handheld fan used in summer has a stronger wind. I thought it would be nice if there was a refrigerator or a pot to boil water in the room (they lent me a pot)

Stayed for less than 1 hour and had to change to a new place immediately😅 The room smells musty, the bathroom is very narrow, the elevator is narrow and a bit scary. The staff is cute, but it's according to the price.

I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. The location is very good, with easy access to the station. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom (there was hair and mould left behind), but considering the price and location I think it was acceptable. I think it's a good hotel if you just look at it as a place to sleep.

I booked a 3-bed room, 22 m2. Upon check-in, I was first given the keys to a room no more than 10 m2, in that room except for 3 narrow beds and a closet there is nothing else, not even enough space for three people to move around. To my objections that I booked a different room, the nice girl at the reception replied that I booked a 3-bed room, there are 3 beds in the room, so everything is fine. We were shocked. How can you live 4 nights in such a closet? But then the girl from the reception took pity and provided a more spacious room, but it still differs from the photo presented on the Trip.com website. For those who are going to book a 3-bed room in this hotel, know that the photo shows a 4-bed room, your room will be different.
