Good neighborhood hotel
Very decent hotel. Fairly traditional old-school hotel, with rooms and furniture showing their age a little. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and quiet location that is within a few minutes walk of the tram and the Nockherberg restaurant and beer garden.

Very disappointed, does not feel like hotel.
Very disappointed. Room 206 had a nasty toilet/sewer type of smell. I thought smell will go away after leaving bath window open, but it didn't. During my last night smell went very bad in middle of night, I lost sleep. No front desk service from 9pm till morning. Place feels like Hostel living and not Hotel. Only positive is breakfast service, very nice breakfast.

L’hotel è abbastanza carino, in una bella via, non troppo lontana dal centro. Peccato che era abbastanza disorganizzato: la wi-fi non funzionava quasi per niente, un giorno non ci hanno fatto la stanza, il nostro frigo-bar non funzionava (peccato, perché le bevande erano gratuite). La colazione era abbastanza ricca, ma molto “tedesca”, cioè con insalate, omelette ecc, ma quasi senza dolci.

Our biggest concern is that the shower is very difficult to get in and out of. Definitely a safety concern. All else was perfect!

Paso a comentar y primeramente mencionar lo importante: 1/ La atención en recepción es lo más apreciado y se lo agradece mucho , muy atentos y educados y siempre con amabilidad , en específico los chicos jóvenes mucha profesionalidad y sobre todo respetuosos , 10 puntos . 2/ Buffet relativamente bueno , la terraza muy agradable pero lo ubico malo , que hay muchas moscas que hacen el momento estresante al tener que espantarlas , ( quizas por el la escuela.de niños tenga el contenedor de basura justo en el patio trasero que da lugar a la terraza , se podria tratar de arremendarlo , pero aun asi muy buen sitio nada que decir un 8,5 puntos. 3/ El personal , exceptuando la chica rubia o color castaño en la cocina o cafeteria alta con lentes , la mejor del servicio, felicidades por ella que si sabe atender y dar un buen servicio 10 puntos . Por las demás una pena , antipáticas y poco serviciales a mi parecer , 1 punto. 4/ La encargada de realizar el aseo, una pena y muy mala en su trabajo, poco profesional en su oficio, si no te gusta tu trabajo deja el puesto a otra persona , nada educada y sobre todo con cara de amargura . 0,5 puntos . Aún así recomiendo este hotel 🏨, por que esta muy bien ubicado y sobre todo por que es acojedor. 9 puntos . RESALTARE PUNTOS A TENER EN CUENTA: _ PRIMER PUNTO LA HABITACION MUY CONFORTABLE PERO SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, MUY CALIENTE EN EL INTERIOR MAS EN NOCHES CON ALTAS TEMPERATURAS Y NO SE PUEDE DORMIR SIN CONTAR CON LOS MOSQUITOS , CREO QUE DEBERÍA DE SER IMPRENCIDIBLE EN UN HOTEL . _SEGUNDO PUNTO: UNA ESCUELA DE NIÑOS CON UN RUIDO ALTERNECEDOR QUE NO SE PUEDE TENER PAZ, NOS GUSTAS LOS NIÑOS PERO EL RUIDO QUE HACEN ES INSOPORTABLE POR LAS MAÑANAS , ASPECTO A MIRAR .
