Very poor customer experience. Execrable in fact. I made a reservation for this hotel a month ago, via Booking. Payment was made immediately and the money withdrawn from my bank account as dry. A week before going to the establishment, I receive an email from Booking which informs me that the hotel is canceling my reservation. Never seen. Unable to contact the hotel via the 3 different telephone numbers found on several sites. Reason ? This is not a real "hotel", as there is no reception. No response by email via Booking (although I took the trouble to write in German!). No response by email via the establishment's website (this time, a slightly less friendly email in English). I contacted the customer service of the reservation platform who received confirmation from the hotel that the cancellation of my reservation had been confirmed by the establishment for overbooking. Bravo for your incompetence!
