The location is good. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from Marienplatz. The tram is 3 minutes away and the subway station is also very close. There is a beef noodle restaurant nearby which is great.

The location is good as it is 2 tram stops from the train station and close to the downtown area where Azam Church is located. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Marienplatz. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. Currently, the surrounding roads are under construction, so it's a bit messy. There were a lot of construction sites in Munich.
