This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Munich! The decoration style is high-end and comfortable, the hotel service is professional and warm, and the location is very close to shopping malls and other attractions. I will stay here when I come to Munich in the future. It’s great👏

Booked to stay at this hotel and had a horrible experience with the Reservations and Front Desk team to cancel all reservations prior to and leading up to the reservation dates. Interactions were incredibly disappointing and frustrating because the Cortiina team was unresponsive to multiple emails confirming reservation cancellations and I only received a response after the reservation date. They continued to charge my credit card for the stay without my authorization and refused to refund the stay despite their unresponsiveness.

Really beautiful hotel in the heart of Munich. We were worried about noise, but the double-double glazed windows meant we had a very peaceful stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite and the breakfast and bar were very, very good. I would recommend to anyone, we had a lovely time

Lovely location in the heart of Munich, but unfortunately I can not rate the Cortina Hotel as a good hotel considering the price. Very overpriced for what you get. Our room was small, didn't like the decoration at all. The bathroom is good but the bathroom doors are not functional at all and you get no privacy whatsoever. I couldn't believe the bathropes - old, greyish, and untouchable. The only 4-star hotel that doesn't have a coffee machine in the room nowadays and I have traveled a lot. Breakfast was the only good thing about it - tasty, and varied and the people serving the breakfast were also efficient and helpful

Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Nebengebäude zeigten sich mit interessanten Publikum ;) Frühstück ist hochpreisig und etwas überpreist. Ambiente und Atmosphäre im Speisesaal angenehm. Nebengebäude mit Zimmer gut erreichbar.
