It's in the city center, but the facilities are average and a bit old. Like the previous hotel, the building we stayed in from the second night onwards had no hot water, so we had to move to another one, and the room became smaller.

I didn't have high expectations for a 3-star hotel, and the room size and distance from the station were in line with the description. It's just that the hot water supply is insufficient. We went back to take a shower at around 10 o'clock the second night, but there was no hot water at all. The most outrageous thing is that the front desk just said that there was no heat and it was broken, and they had no intention of helping us, and just talked on the phone. Cons
- Rooms are available up to the fifth floor, but the elevator only goes up to the fourth, so if you get a fifth-floor room, you'll have to climb one flight of stairs.
- Free Wi-Fi is available, but for some reason only some apps and websites are accessible. For example, Google Maps, YouTube, and LINE are accessible, but the Trip.com app and Pokémon apps were not.
- Poor soundproofing.

There is no front desk, and you have to call the entrance to have the door unlocked. The rooms are dimly lit, and if you're only going to sleep, it's not far from the station, so it's bearable. There is no parking lot. I parked in a nearby paid parking lot.

El hotel está bien por el precio que tiene. La ubicación es buena, está a 5 minutos de la estación central. Eso sí, tened cuidado porque os van a intentar estafar. Os van a decir que el desayuno no está incluido. Yo tuve que pagar el desayuno y al día siguiente me dijeron que hubo un error y que no se hizo el cargo, así que me lo volvieron a cobrar pero esta vez me cargaron 10€ más. Comprobando mi cuenta, me han hecho el cargo dos veces, y no quieren solucionarlo así que tened cuidado con eso.

Hotel antwortet nicht und stellt sich tot
Ich hatte die Unterkunft kurz nach Buchung stornieren müssen, da der Grund (Heizungsausfall) wegfiel. Der Rezeptionist meinte telefonisch das geht klar und er kümmert sich darum, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Denn tatsächlich wurde mir das Geld abgebucht und nicht erstattet. Auf Nachfragen (telefonisch und auch direkt vor Ort) wurde mir nur eine Mailadressse gegeben, weil man das angeblich vor Ort nicht lösen kann. Auf die Mail antwortez jedoch trotz Fristsetzung niemand. So ein Verhalten habe ich noch bei keinem Hotel erlebt und man kann jeden nur empfehlen, hier nicht zu buchen!
