Location is excellent as it is very near the train station and the subway. Furthermore, walking to the old town centre is only 10 minutes time. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Towels, although they were obviously used by the guests, would not be replaced unless it was disposed on the floor. My friend who occupied another room on the same floor complained that his room was not cleaned daily. When this request was conveyed to the worker and was astonished to be told that the room would only be cleaned once every 3 days. The air conditioner was not cool enough in comparison with the relatively thick blanket.

Great location, right opposite Munich Central Station. All staffs are very helpful, especially the housekeeper. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is quite good.

The hotel is quite clean, but the room is a bit small. The best thing about it is its location. It is only a few dozen steps away from Munich Central Station. I bought a ticket and had luggage, so it was very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, facing the street but not noisy. I had a good rest. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, but that's pretty common in Europe; there weren't many good options.
