The hotel is strategically located, just across the street from Munich HBF, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Very pleasant.

The hotel is quite new and the hygiene is OK, but the most outrageous thing is that the safety lock of the room can't be buckled. It's super big. One bug is that the hotel can't check it in place. It was already late on the night of check-in, and there was no time to change rooms. The next day's schedule was also very tight, so I didn't change rooms immediately. Unexpectedly, at 8 o'clock the next morning, the staff who were said to be outsourced by the hotel entered the room without knocking on the door. Fortunately, no one was awake. The staff looked at us and walked out of the door awkwardly. I called the front desk. At first, the staff wanted to put the responsibility on us because there was no sign in our room, saying that the staff could enter the room. Later, they found another excuse that people mistakenly thought we checked out, so they went straight into the room. It is really a very big safety hazard to break into the room without knocking on the door and getting a response when people are still there, especially for girls. In any case, this should not happen. This is a major mistake in their hotel work. And we saw later that this staff member knocked on the door when entering other people's rooms, but didn't knock on our door and came in. The platform has been actively handling this issue for me, but the hotel did not think it was a big deal until their manager came out and officially admitted that it was their problem. The grassroots staff also complained that if there was any problem, they should go directly to them, and they are online 24 hours a day. I think we are making a fuss. The feeling given after the manager came out was still pretty good. I feel that the grassroots staff still need training, which is a bit uneven. Their outsourced staff are not good at English, and only have some very basic vocabulary, which needs to be improved. However, apart from these factors, this hotel is considered to be okay in this area. It is relatively new and clean. It is just that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so you have to bring them yourself. The body lotion smells pretty good. It is quite convenient to go out to the train station. There are all kinds of people in all directions, so pay attention to safety. The hotel’s own bar is quite interesting, and the bartender is very cute. If there were no door lock problems and the staff broke in forcibly, this hotel would be pretty good.

Advantages: 1 The hotel is opposite the train station, which is convenient for people who need to catch the train. It is not far from the old town and the sightseeing bus station. 2 The room is relatively large and quiet, and the bedding and bathroom are of good quality; Disadvantages: 1 The surrounding area is a Middle Eastern settlement area, with a relatively messy population and poor security. There is a Yemeni restaurant called bait AI not far away, which is delicious and cheap. 2 The hotel carpet is relatively dirty, and the quality is similar to that of domestic Home Inn. 3 Because of the economy, the corridor is equipped with induction lights, which are not very sensitive and a bit scary at night.

The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has a rich breakfast. It is close to the train station and can walk to most of Munich's check-in spots. The price is also acceptable. It is a very good choice.
