I stayed here with my husband for almost a year, while trying to find a bigger place. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any trouble we had. You can also get your packages delivered to the reception, which makes life easier. The room may feel a bit small for two people if you stay longer than 2-3 months, but it’s manageable. The air condition was a pleasant luxury during the hot summer. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers at the basement where you can do your laundry. You can also reserve a parking spot in the basement garage if you have a car. There is a grocery store nearby, where you can get anything you want. The post office is also not far away. The Ostbahnhof station is just 15~ minutes away by walking, but you can also take the bus, which stops exactly in front of the building. There are also great restaurants across the street, from nice bakeries you can have breakfast, to good Chinese or Italian restaurants for lunch and dinner. A great place for a short stay, or to kick off your new life in Munich.
