Are all German staff a bit cranky? We really enjoyed it overall, apart from some staff who were not overly friendly or helpful... apart from 1 younger woman who was nice. Happy to go back, and it is nice with good views and value for money.

Stayed here for 4 night. Good location near with a tram station just next to the hotel.
My flight arrived early for check in but they had rooms available so they were accommodating. After long flight, I really appreciate that.
And yes, electric kattle available.

Quite a nice hotel with convenient transportation and Lidl supermarket downstairs. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. I will go to Munich again and this hotel will be my first choice.

The room is okay. During the exhibition, all the hotels are full and expensive. This one is a conscience price. There is a supermarket next to it, but not many restaurants. Generally acceptable
